One of the most influential female Islamic singers who has contributed immensely to the growth of the music industry in Nigeria and in diaspora, Haijia Monsurat Mojisola Ajelero with stage name “Akobi Esan” has set to add to her Album collections on the 25th of March, 2022, which will be launched at KIO Hall event center in Lagos.
She has collaborated with supportive Islamic singers who have been playing a significant role to her growth, one of them whom she will never forget is Alhaja Mariam Akiki who helped her into limelight.
In an interview with 1steleven9jatv.com she was able to garner the significant purpose for the creation of the new album; “Ojumo Ire”. She said, “Ojumo Ire” album comprises of songs that has been in my depth soul, for a while now, because realizing that waking up on a daily basis to seek for all means to sustain one’s metabolism, hasn’t been easy enough, and I have deemed it fit to bring up a soothing music with beautiful lyrics to comprehend people’s hardwork”.
Her music composition is superb coupled with her sonorous voice, and she has produced more than six albums, she has also featured with Alhaji Abdulsalam Azeez Abiodun popularly known as Saoty Arewa who will be the guest artiste on the album launching day and other several Islamic artistes on band stand. ‘Ojumo Ire’ the album will be available on all digital platforms across the globe and it will also be marketed and distributed on print CD market by a top notch marketer.
