Solape Oyinloye Finally Speaks On  Assaulting Veteran Actress Madam No Network On Set

 

Nollywood actress and producer Solape Oyinloye has denied reports alleging that she physically assaulted veteran Yoruba comedienne Madam No Network on a movie set in Owode, Ogun State.

Earlier today, multiple news platforms claimed that Oyinloye attacked her senior colleague over a bucket of water meant for her post-shoot bath. However, the actress has strongly refuted these claims, describing them as false and misleading.

“I am a typical Yoruba woman, raised to be respectful and disciplined. I can never assault anyone, let alone someone older than me and a senior colleague in the industry,” Oyinloye stated. “When I saw the news, I was furious because I know this must have been influenced by enemies within the industry.”

According to her, the image circulating online was taken from the set of her latest movie, Bájélà, a comedic and entertaining film produced by herself. She explained that the movie, which premiered on Oyinsolape TV on YouTube yesterday, might have led to misinterpretations among viewers, some people in the industry due to massive viewing the movie is gaining on YouTube a few hours after its release, causing some to mislead the media into making false allegations against her.

“I am a well-trained and reserved lady. I would never assault someone older than me, either in age or in the industry. Madam No Network is someone I deeply respect,” she emphasized.

The movie Bájélà is currently streaming on YouTube and features notable actors such as: Abija, Labosinde, Ogboluke, Keranmajele, Madam No Network, Solape Oyinloye (Ogo Bariga), Tope Ismail and the rest.

The film was directed by Ayobami Fasanya and produced by myself.
