The Nigerian born and multiple award winning musician, Dr Oluwarotimi Ayinde Onimole popularly known as Oba Ara was attacked by some hoodlums yesterday and his newly acquired bus was damaged.
The Lagos born and creator of JuFujiGospel was seriously attacked by social miscreants after his sterling performance at
High School Campus Road, Ifetedo Osun State.
Ojutole scopped that the amiable singer was attacked immediately the monarch of the ancient town, His Royal Majesty, Barrister Oba Akinola Akinrere Latiri 1, Olubosin of Ifetedo kingdom left the venue of the event.
In a brief chat with Oba Ara, the handsome dude said ‘ I thank God that none of my band boys were injured, we were seriously attacked by the area boys, immediately I noticed that those boys were planning to attack us, I quickly settled them with reasonable cash, yet they attacked us and damaged our bus.
My brother, those guys are very wicked and have no fear of God, very dangerous elements.
Immediately we managed to escape from them, I went to Kabiyeesi to inform him of this ungly incident and Alayeluwa symphatised with us also informed the police to get those boys arrested, and before we left the town one of them was arrested and effort is on to apprehend other culprits.
I’m using this enviable opportunity to thank our father (Kabiyeesi) Baba really showed concern for us, Alayeluwa is indeed a figure father’.
