NSOFOR CALLS ON PRESIDENT TINUBU TO DISMANTLE CABALS IN THE OIL SECTOR

A seasoned Technocrat and Social Entreprenuer with a passion for youths empowerment and youth development, Mr Chinedu Nsofor, has put an urgent call across to Mr. President of the the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Tinubu, to sit up and see it as a sacred duty to dismantle the cabals who are in the oil sector causing the untold hardship that the country is passing through today.

The Technocrat made the call while in an interview with a popular media personality, Amaka Ukoha.

Mr. Chinedu Nsofor maintained that it is the cabals that have held the country bound over the years, noting, that most of them either have refinaries that were set up with major part of thier investment abroad or they were partnering with refinaries abroad, bring in refined PMS, and sell to NNPC to now resell to them, adding that, there is a deliberate effort to sabotage the proper running of our refinaries over the years by successful engagement.

According to Nsofor, oil cabals have deliberately sabotaged our refinaries up and working, because they know once our refinaries are up and working, it won’t be business as usual.

He attributes the current economic crises we find ourselves to the wickedness done by oil and gas cabals, stating that the oil bunkers move about knowing fully well that the oil cabals are not bent at helping the situation, adding that this cabals are also involved in oil bunkry with the help of Nigerian Navy and Armies, with reference to a radio announcement of an government arrest of a big man, accompanied by a naval officer, who was into crude oil bunkry.

Nsofor maintained that these cabals have the capacity to establish a functional refinaries but they prefer to go it the other way round.

” Not more than 1000 people are frustrating this country, not more than 1000 people are sharing the 99% of the resources of this country, and the remaining 1% is being managed by the rest of the people of this country”, Nsofor lamented.

“Until we dismantle this cabals, and that is what I encourage Mr. President to sit up and see it as a sacred duty, it should not be the business as usual, I realized that he is under pressure to do the right thing now. Some of his policy directions in recent times have been driven by patriotism, I want to encourage him for that, and also to encourage him to sustain that tempo, dismantle the cabals in the oil and gas sector, and allow the fuel price to reflect the actual market cost by allowing refinaries to be up and working, if it works by December as the President said we will buy fuel at 50 naira per liter, and the prices of every other thing will go down automatically”, the Technocrat added.
