This visionary estate will be strategically situated at Lekki Aviation Town, directly opposite the new Lekki International Airport in Epe Area of Lagos, an emerging hub of growth and opportunity.
This initiative, which will be financed by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), aligns perfectly with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. The estate is a key component of the government’s promise to provide affordable, quality housing and foster homeownership opportunities for Nigerians globally. The groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled for May 29, 2025, will be officially conducted by President Tinubu himself, marking yet another major leap in infrastructure development and diaspora engagement.

Moreover, the construction phase is projected to create over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs, stimulating the economy through employment opportunities in construction, logistics, and materials sourcing.
