RevolutionPlus Property Celebrates Ninth Year Anniversary, Reflects on Remarkable Growth in Nigeria’s Real Estate Sector

RevolutionPlus Property, Nigeria’s leading real estate company, commemorated its ninth year anniversary on Monday, May 22, 2023, with a grand celebration. The event showcased the company’s remarkable journey and achievements since its establishment in May 2014 by Dr Bamidele Onalaja and Mrs Tolulope Onalaja. RevolutionPlus Property’s primary objective has been to provide affordable housing and bridge the housing deficit in Nigeria.

Over the past nine years, RevolutionPlus Property has revolutionized the real estate sector in Nigeria, earning the reputation of a trusted and household brand. The company’s unwavering commitment to integrity, trust, and timely delivery has been the driving force behind its success. With branches in Ikeja and Lekki, Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Port Harcourt, and an international office in Dallas, Texas, RevolutionPlus Property has established a strong presence in key locations.

The company’s achievements are evident in the development of 44 estates and eight mega housing projects across Nigeria. These estates, strategically situated in Lekki, Ajah, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimawa, Mowe, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and the Federal Capital Territory, have provided 11,102 plots to aspiring homeowners. RevolutionPlus Property takes immense pride in having transformed over 11,000 Nigerians into proud property owners.

RevolutionPlus Property’s commitment to innovation has been recognized throughout the real estate sector, particularly for its introduction of Instant Allocation, a concept that has been widely applauded and emulated. Despite encountering numerous challenges, the company has remained steadfast in its mission to provide affordable housing solutions and bridge the housing deficit in Nigeria.

Looking ahead to its tenth year, RevolutionPlus Property has ambitious plans to unveil a new phase in its operations. In celebration of this significant milestone, the company aims to construct low-cost 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom houses, catering to Nigerians who never thought homeownership would be within their reach. Additionally, RevolutionPlus Property intends to offer affordable land with flexible payment plans, further contributing to the resolution of the housing deficit in Nigeria.

Beyond its real estate endeavors, RevolutionPlus Property also prides itself on its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm, the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF). Established in 2019, CBOF aims to uplift widows, children, youths, and vulnerable members of society through various initiatives.

Under the umbrella of CBOF, the foundation has conducted numerous medical outreaches in towns and villages across Southwest Nigeria, providing free healthcare services to individuals in need. Furthermore, CBOF is constructing an ultramodern child and maternal care center in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, demonstrating its commitment to child and maternal health.

Education and Scholarship programs have been a focal point for CBOF, including the establishment of the Toldel Nursery and Primary School in Ikorodu. With over 90 enrolled pupils, the school offers free education and supplies to ensure that every child has access to quality education. CBOF has also contributed to the development of schools in Lagos, including the Wasimi Junior High School and a Learning Center School in Maroko.

CBOF’s commitment to community development is exemplified by its efforts to provide safe drinking water, such as drilling boreholes in various communities and constructing public toilets. Additionally, the foundation has collaborated with the Nigeria Police to construct and refurbish police stations in communities across Southwest Nigeria, promoting safety and security.

Empowering widows has been a core focus for CBOF
