Come Saturday 10th December 2022, at CAC Agbara Jesu To Funmi, Abiok Street,Jankara Iyaiye, Ojokoro, Lagos, by 10am, fast rising female gospel singer cum Police Officer, Shofeso Mary Adenike better known as Sister Mary Abdulazeez (Itansan Ogooluwa) will be lauching her debut album titled Oniwosan Nla (The Great Healer).
The event, which promises to be superlative we learnt will have in attendance alot of top Nigerian gospel artistes, as well as Police officials.
If you must know, Sister Mary is a police officer, serving under Communication Department, Zone 2, Onika, Lagos.
The Ode Remo, Ogun State born Police turned Musician is married to Abdulazeez Muraina. Her band name is known as Ray of God’s Glory Gospel Sound.
Though, She lives in Lagos but she was born in Mubi, Adamawa. she was brought up in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Education for her started in 1993 at Ayaba Alafia Catholic Primary School, Oke Bola, Ibadan.
She joined Ibadan Municipal Grammar School, Oke Ado for her secondary school in 1999, before gaining admission at Wolex Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State Center in 2011 for her National Diploma Certificate in Mass Communication.
Sister Mary joined Nigerian Police Force in 2009. In 2020, she represented Police Force at Police games where she won silver in Judo Combat Sport competition.
She is a mother of three. Though, her husband is a Muslim but he is said to always be giving his best support in growing the ministry of his Christian wife.
