In the ensuing flight, one individual (Yakubu Lawal Omaye) stumbled and sustained a minor knee injury. He is receiving care at the Muhammadu Buhari Police Hospital and, upon discharge, will face due process for alleged offences relating to the incident, including criminal trespass and assaulting a police officer.
