One of the dashing babes currently rocking the scenes in the Yoruba movie industry, Tamilore Ojo Martins has come out to exclusively share with us how she suffered from the noble Covid-19 in 2020 while she was in London for vacation and the local herbs she took to regain her freedom from the deadly disease.

In late 2019, the Ibadan, Oyo State based actress jetted to London for relaxation after she has over worked herself in Nigeria. While she was there, she probably wanted to shoot some parts of her movie in the country. She didn’t see the pandemic coming until when the economy of the whole world was shut down early last year and the mother of three could not fly back to her mother land. Ojo contacted the virus which nearly claim her life.

In an exclusive chat with Gbolahan Adetayo, where she was asked about her experience in 2020, Tamilore said, “I’ve never experienced such boring life before. It was so tedious. No movement, you have to stay in your house and despite that, i still contacted the disease.

All glory and adoration go to God almighty for helping me out. I’m alive today. Even till this moment, I still don’t know how i contacted it. The most important thing is that I’m alive today to share this testimony, and i want to use this opportunity to tell everyone that Covid-19 is real. Thank God for the local herbs I was using because I so much believed in it. I took some herbs like Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric, Lime, Onions and i also inhaled them. But the only thing i can say that really saved me was prayer which is still keeping me alive till this moment. Death was running through my mind because it got to a stage that i couldn’t breathe properly, I had to call 111”, she said.
