Sunday, July 14th is a very exciting day for The Glam sisters club! They were not only celebrating their club’s 1-year anniversary but the joy of togetherness.
The Glam sister’s club anniversary celebration was marked with a special recognition of guests, featuring a video honoring all the club members, pillars of the club and all the invited guests.
A group of sisters met in Lagos state Nigeria, to form a formidable club which celebrates a year of tolerance, success and existence.
Glam sisters club has 18 members and meets regularly to discuss issues and share business success.
According to the president, Mrs Omotayo Akande, the club has registered a great amount of success, we always hoped we had started earlier before now but one thing is sure, the sky is still the beginning because we shall not derail from the path of success. ‘The club participates in various activities to help her members continuously expand their knowledge in different fields.’
A prominent member of the club who also double as the chairperson, Mrs Olubunmi Penny Obafemi also known as ‘Cute Penny’ shared her experience in the journey of celebration her 53rd birthday anniversary and also talk about the club’s history with inspiration including the activities of the club and how the planed anniversary turned to success story “I love being in the midst of my sisters because they are lively people, I always unwind with my friends, It is especially nice to spend time with important friends and discuss business secrets.
The eventful anniversary which welcomed great personalities was laced with melodious music by a fast rising musician ‘Eyez’lonely
The goal of the club, according to the president, is to birth more successful women by directing them to tell success stories.
The club anniversary which took place in DENPOSON Hall in Gowan Estate Egbeda area of Lagos state was well attended by cream-dela-cream of the society including the media.
