Abuja to Host 10th Edition of Peat Philips International Spelling Bee Competition

 

 

All plans are now in motion towards the finals of the 10th Edition of Peat Philips International Spelling Bee competition. The competition that is recognized internationally will be having this year’s final in FCT the Nigerian capital city.

 

Information according to the media handlers of the event tagged the Renewed Hope Edition, explained that the competition 2023 Grand Finale will be coming up on Tuesday 27th of June at the Muhammad Buhari Main Auditorium of the Public Service Institute Of Nigeria (PSIN), Dutse Alhaji, FCT Abuja

 

The competition which has well over ten thousand participating students of different schools across Nigeria will see the winners representing the country at the intercontinental Spelling Bee competition event in Dubai where they will compete with students from other countries around the world.

 

Akin Olu-Philips, the Executive Director of Peat-Philips Foundation, organizers of the Spelling Bee competition explained that the winners will be sponsored by Indomie Noodles to compete at the Intercontinental finals.

 

The foundation which is also the organizer of The young Orator competition with affiliation with the International body as well, has been in the Business of bringing young students across Nigeria together to participate in projects that will help build their self confidence and also give them exposure that will impact positively on them in the future. The Director also use the same medium to thank their title sponsor Indomie and all their contributing partners like Learn Africa, RITE Foods, NITDA, PSIN for their immense support.
