Earlier today 2nd August 2021, In a WhatsApp group, a fan of the actor posted that there are indications that the legendary theater practitioner, Olaiya Igwe is dead this morning at UCH Teaching Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State. He allegedly died during the surgery of his kidney stone.
