A few days ago, an online media platform exposed a video of a young boy known as Damilare, the only son of late Yoruba actress, Funmi Martins, whom he had for a renowned Afro juju singer, Sir Shina Peters, whom has since of her mother’s death in 2002 been abandoned by his dad and his only sister, Mide Funmi Martins.
Immediately after the news and video went viral on social media, the musician responded to the allegation in a video he recorded and shared on social media.
however, America based Nigerian entertainer, Joseph Faduri popularly known as Fadojoe has blasted Sir Shina Peters and Mide Marrins for not taking their responsibilities on the poor boy.

It is shameful to start seeing on social media sir that it’s after news broke and people are about contributing money for your son that you saw the need to claim you will now step up and take care of the child.
It is unfortunate. You are one of the legend artists I respect but sir this is wrong in the first place, that matter would get to blogs to draw you to care for a child you supposed to take care of, your son either by birth or by adoption . Even if that child is not yours but the simple fact of the story surrounding the late mother of that child, if you take it up personally would have been a better and glorious thing than where we find ourselves dragging you on social media.
Mide Martin’s also have a share of the blame because that boy supposed not to have such media propaganda if she has also stepped up to care for her blood brother. Haba! Your own mother’s child. No excuse but in all it means that, this poor boy has not been well fathered for over many years. Better late than never, no reason for excuses for the past. Step up and make up for them.
No excuses to all my other colleagues out there, be it Music or movie. If you are in the entertainment industry and title celebrity gets into your head to sleep around, then father your responsibility.
