If there is one prophet that can be described as fearless in Nigeria, it would be the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on account of his prophetical statements.
Most especially on the issue of the US-Israel-Iran, Primate Ayodele has consistently spoken up, warning that the US would eventually lose the war. He even described Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, as a ‘devil’ who is interested in taking the lives of innocent citizens.
Although he had warned Iran and its leaders that the country would be attacked, which they didn’t listen to, the Prophet grossly condemned the US and Israel for carrying out the attacks.
However, his prophecy, which he shared on Friday night during a beachside prayer meeting on the US-Iran war, has shockingly come to pass within 24 hours, to the surprise of many.
Primate Ayodele, while speaking to his congregation, made it known that he sees US military aircraft being shot down, something many would never expect.
These were his words:
“America military aircraft will be bombed. Iran isn’t Venezuela, and they are not afraid of America. The point is that the war is concluded and Trump has lost it. There is something in that war they want to achieve, but they won’t be able to achieve it.”
Shockingly, a few hours after the prophecy was shared, it happened.
A U.S. fighter jet was shot down over Iran and search-and-rescue efforts have so far recovered one of two crew members who ejected, a U.S. official told Reuters, in the first known incident of its kind in the nearly five-week-old war.
The Pentagon and U.S. Central Command did not respond to requests for comment.
The prospect of a U.S. pilot being alive and on the run inside Iran raises the stakes for the U.S. in a conflict that, according to opinion polls, has struggled to win popular support among Americans.
It also presents a challenge to the U.S. military, which faces the twin goals of trying to save the life of an American behind enemy lines while safeguarding anyone involved in perilous rescue missions.
