Adron Homes Expands Operations, Unveils Snowfall Park and Gardens Estate in Jos

Adron Home and Properties, a leading real estate firm in Nigeria, continues its expansion efforts by launching a new estate called Snowfall Park and Gardens Estate in Jos, Plateau State. The grand opening of the estate was officiated by the Group Managing Director of Adron Homes, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, who expressed the company’s commitment to providing affordable housing options across the country.

Emmanuel-King emphasized that Adron Homes is determined to dominate the real estate industry by offering affordable housing solutions to middle-class and low-income earners, assisting them in transitioning from being tenants to becoming homeowners. He stated that the company aims to bridge the housing deficit in Nigeria and empower tenants to realize their dream of owning a home at an affordable price through a convenient payment plan.

“This is a groundbreaking event, and we are thrilled,” said Emmanuel-King. “We are eager to replicate our success here in Jos. Jos is a prime location renowned for its rich culture, welcoming atmosphere, and hospitable people. The region’s cold weather also attracts tourists, making it a tourism and agricultural hub in the country. We are here to revolutionize the landscape by providing more people with the opportunity to own homes. Just like we have done in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Niger, and Abuja, Snowfall Park and Gardens Estate will set a benchmark for excellence.”

Adetola explained that plots of land in the estate are currently available at affordable prices, and customers can take advantage of a flexible payment plan. They have the option to pay N500,000 within 1-6 months, N600,000 between 6-18 months, or N800,000 between 18-24 months. The estate will feature modern facilities such as a mini soccer and basketball stadium, a mall, a tennis court, interlocked roads, a perimeter fence, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a children’s play park, a grand gatehouse, tarred roads, street lights, and various other amenities designed to provide a comfortable living environment for residents.

“We are committed to collaborating with everyone, including our host communities and stakeholders, to create a remarkable estate that even the indigenes of Jos will be proud of,” added Emmanuel-King.
