That the interim chairperson for Theater Arts And Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) Oyo State chapter, Yeye Rose Odika JP, who is loved by many across the chapters of the association is aspiring to be the next Deputy President of TAMPAN is no longer news.
This is because, the Delta State-born actress, who is blessed with leadership skills, has made it known, to all in the industry about her readiness for the position.
But what everyone need to note at the moment is about her achievements so far in Oyo state, as the association’s pioneer governor in the last nine years.
Part of her success story as TAMPAN governor in Oyo State that everyone is still talking about, is how she was able to stabilize the association for the past nine years, revived stage performance in the state. She was able to put up 8 stage plays, capacity building for crew, actors and producers. Among those she brought to support her in doing this are the veteran thespians like Mrs Gloria Young and Kunle Afolayan, alot of women empowerments for the members of her association during her tenure.
The amiable Rose, was also able to win the first position in the inter state drama competitions during the TAMPAN national convention for 3 consequitive years and much more.
As a tested and trusted leader, a woman with so much administrative knowledge, Rose is a better deal to compliment the president of TAMPAN, Otunba Bolaji Amusan’s second term bid.
Her achievements in the industry, which are today speaking volumes about her, obviously pointed out reasons the members of the association should vote her in the coming TAMPAN general elections.
The eloquent Rose, has garnered experiences over the years and she is a woman of substance.
For your information, Rose Odika was chosen to steer the leadership of Oyo State TAMPAN as the interim chairperson at a very challenging period with zero account and she was able to stabilize TAMPAN Oyo state chapter till date. The pioneer governor of Oyo TAMPAN and she is rounding up her second tenure.
