The newly elected Baale elect of Sorobi Town in Ogun State and a Veteran Journalist, High Chief Edward Dada Larunsi has appointed Lagos based Journalist, Taofik Afolabi as his Senior Special Assistant on media matter.
The Baale, who is also the Publisher of Expo plus Magazine appointed Afolabi due to the long term relationship they have together and his vast experience in print journalism.
In the letter of the appointment, Chief Edward said’My brother with what is on ground now for me in my community it means I cannot work with Expo plus any longer, in view of this I hereby appointed you as my Special Adviser on media matters to Baale of Sorobi community Abeokuta.
if I go by long time relationship and understanding we have been having together we are good to go’
Afolabi, who have been in the media industry close to two decades is currently an assistant editor with The ‘Gbelegbo newspaper’ and owner of Ojutole Online media
